Job summary

K-VICTORY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and cost management activities of our engineering projects, particularly in the semiconductor and industrial sectors.

You will lead tendering, budgeting, cost estimation, contracts, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least 10 years in engineering project commercial management, with strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project commercial management.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial or M&E engineering projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, contract administration and final account settlement.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and coordinating with contractors and clients.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts and project commercial performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Support management in strategic planning and business development activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

3. Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial or M&E engineering projects is highly preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of project tendering, cost estimation, contract administration and final account settlement.

5. Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects and coordinating with main contractors and clients.

6. Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications and BOQ.

7. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Good command of written and spoken English.
