Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in estimation, cost management, or commercial roles in construction, marine, or high-spec industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in cost estimation, tendering, and project budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high-pressure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outputs.
