Job summary

Array Engineering & Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor/Project Coordinator to join our eastern region team. You will manage tender documents, budgets, and subcontractor quotes while ensuring timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2 years' building/construction experience, a diploma or degree in a related field, and strong MS Office/AutoCAD skills. Independent, team-oriented, and able to coordinate with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in building and construction.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Immediate or short-notice availability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQs, clarifications, and unit pricing.
• Monitor and control project finances to remain within budget.
• Administer project documentation, including interim evaluations, contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Source, liaise with, and assess subcontractor quotations based on project needs and schedules.
• Review and negotiate contractor costs, from initial estimates to final approval.
• Prepare detailed work schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
