Job summary

Koh Kock Leong Enterprise Pte Ltd is actively seeking a Construction Coordinator to support project planning and execution in Singapore. You will assist in defining scope and schedules while coordinating procurement and maintaining vendor relationships on site.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, budget awareness, and risk mitigation across multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree and relevant coordination experience are preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in construction coordination or related role.
• Class 3 license.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction-related regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Act as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Promote and enforce safety regulations on the construction site, conduct safety inspections.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage change orders and their impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintain contingency plans.
