Job summary

You will coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, attend project meetings with owners and engineers, and update project timelines to ensure activities align with the plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans and schedules.
• Record Minutes of Meetings.
• Coordinate construction timelines and track project progress.
• Coordinate between site supervisor, subcontractors and supplies.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to the project plan.
• Assist to update project schedules whenever necessary.
• Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management.
• Attend project meetings with owners, PE, QP and subcontractors.
