Job summary

PSV Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Planner to support ongoing projects and tender submissions. You will prepare drawings and design information, generate shop and as-built drawings, plan timeframes, and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and project managers.

You will manage project documentation, monitor progress, produce forecasts, and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of drawings and design information according to requirements of on-going projects and / or tender specifications
• Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed drawings for tender submission
• Space planning, conceptualize design and generate perspective drawings
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, or Project Managers to understand requirements
• Manage to handle all project Documentation & planning work
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders
• Breaking large jobs down into phases of development
• Using project management tools to plan timeframes
• Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
• Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change
• Meeting with contractors and suppliers
• Demonstrating knowledge of construction
• Writing bids for tender
• Managing several projects with the support of junior planners
• Working between offices and construction sites.
