The role requires 2–5 years of construction coordination experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Primavera or MS Project. Mandarin ability is advantageous; a valid driving licence and willingness to visit sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in construction-related field.
• 2–5 years in construction project coordination.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera/MS Project.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Willingness to visit sites; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating all construction project aspects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports and correspondence.
• Monitor project progress and track KPIs against established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Organise and attend project meetings, taking minutes and distributing action items to relevant parties.
• Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
• Assist in quality control and safety compliance monitoring on site.
• Update and maintain project databases and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, escalating concerns to the Project Manager promptly.
• Support the resolution of project issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
