Job summary

BOCOM ASIA PTE. LTD. on-site requires a capable supervisor to manage multiple teams and coordinate daily activities on-site. You will ensure timely progress, allocate tools and PPE, and prepare procurement items for smooth operations.

The role also involves preparing monthly updates and claims documents for QS submissions, with regular reporting to the Project Manager on site issues and improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project planning, execute resource management and control.
• Attend site meeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a few teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
• Liaise with the client, internal staff, and subcon on daily activities.
• Manage the progress of the work activities.
• Prepare the site team with the necessary tools, equipment, and PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly lateral logging updates and claims documents for QS submission to client.
• Report and discuss with the Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestions for mitigation and improvement, if any.
