Job summary

OPERCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to report to the Project Manager and coordinate with the owner, consultants, and subcontractors on the nature of works according to the project plan.

The role requires you to conduct and liaise meetings with all parties, supervise on-site activities, prepare shop drawings with minimal supervision, and ensure Safety Health Environment practices are implemented. Ability to work independently and report to the site PM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Do schedule, monthly claims and report.
• Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.
• Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.
• Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.
• Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
• Other jobs as requested by Management
• Able to work independently & report to site PM
• Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision
