Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
• Term Contract Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects.
• Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and the other related parties.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover the project.
• Supervise works done on site.
• Attend immediately to any malfunction or breakdown of any installation.
• Attend site meetings and follow up project documentation and bill of quantity.
