Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Scheduler/Coordinator for civil construction projects.

You will develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and progress updates to keep programmes on track. You will plan and coordinate construction, M&E and process systems activities, estimate durations and resources, monitor site progress, and flag delays or critical issues for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and progress updates.
• Plan and coordinate construction, M&E, and process systems activities.
• Estimate activity durations, manpower, and resource requirements.
• Monitor site progress and identify potential delays or critical issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support EOT claims.
• Support tender submissions with technical and project schedules.
• Manage RI/TOP schedules and coordinate project handover activities.
