Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer to ensure that design permitting meets local building codes and fire safety standards, supporting project milestones in Singapore.

You will prepare and manage permitting workflows, identify critical tasks, and coordinate with authorities to secure timely approvals, including engagements with SCDF, NEA, and BCA where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standards.
• Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules, identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manner to support project milestones.
• Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities, especially for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA.
• Track waiver / ST submission, submission and appeal cases.
