Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to drive statutory submissions for plant construction and equipment hookups, ensuring adherence to environmental, fire, and safety regulations in Singapore.

You will manage permitting workflows, track milestones, and coordinate with local authorities (SCDF, NEA, BCA) to obtain timely approvals and maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Statutory Submissions: Lead regulatory applications and approvals for plant construction and equipment hookups, ensuring strict adherence to environmental, fire, and safety regulations.
• Compliance Tracking: Create and manage permitting registers, meticulously tracking milestones to keep capital projects and facility modifications on the critical path.
• Ensure that design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.
• Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules based, including identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manners to support project milestones.
• Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities. In general, for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA
• Track waiver / ST submission submission and appeal cases
