Job summary

The role requires a Diploma with at least 5 years in M&E, P&S or FP industries and proficiency in AutoCAD, along with strong communication to liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans with goals, objectives and timelines.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets and control costs.
• Site Management: Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring safety and quality.
• Contractor Management: Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Communication: Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate safety, delays and cost overruns.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and address defects.
• Schedule Management: Develop and manage schedules to meet milestones.
• Safety Management: Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare progress, cost and quality reports.
