Job summary

achieve career consultant pte ltd is seeking a seasoned civil/structural site professional to join a leading Main Contractor on civil and infrastructure projects. You will oversee on-site management and coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

The role requires a degree in civil or structural engineering, professional registration, and the ability to work under pressure. Location varies by project with competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule.
• Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
• Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
• Demonstrate expertise in all SWC (Specialist Work Contracts) works.

Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

• Salary : up to S$8,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
