Job summary

GUTHRIE ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Construction Manager (Electrical) in Singapore to lead on-site electrical construction for major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to align project execution.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and method statements to guide construction works.
• Develop and monitor detailed electrical work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all electrical installations adhere to approved drawings, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and overall quality to maintain high construction standards.
• Manage inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes for LTA tunnel infrastructure projects.
• Oversee manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance to optimize resource utilization.
• Resolve technical issues on site and coordinate RFIs and technical queries promptly.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and promote safe working practices on site.
• Track project progress, control costs, manage variations, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare and review as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
