Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to supervise all site work in collaboration with Project Managers, plan and direct construction activities to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will lead meetings, manage budgets and resources, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project documents. Strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills are essential. Minimum 8 years of project management experience in related field; Singapore-based candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction or related field.
• Proven ability to supervise site work and coordinate with project managers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all site work in cooperation with Project Managers.
• Plan, organize, and direct construction activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project budget and resources to ensure on-time completion.
• Conduct site meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure project documentation is filed and maintained per requirements.
• Inspect compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and other project deliverables.

Job description

• Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
• Managing the construction project activities, budget, and resources to meet the construction timeline without compromising quality and safety
• Conducts meetings to monitor site job progress and resolve all technical and site problems
• Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meetings and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters
• Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements
• Ensures that all construction documentation is filed and maintained according to the Project requirements
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of the project as required by Project Managers
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
• Solve issues with the site engineers that arise on the construction sites
• Experienced in handling multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising training, and mentoring staffs
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a related field
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
