Job summary

rich construction company pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site execution in Singapore.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor progress against the project plan, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across healthcare-related construction works. The role requires a degree in civil engineering and at least 10 years of project management experience in construction, with an advantage for healthcare project exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of site/project management experience in construction.
• Healthcare project experience is an advantage.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, master schedule, and cost control.
• Take actions to address delays, bad weather or emergencies at the site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Apply safe and economical construction methodologies and enforce project standards.
