Evolution Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex site projects from inception to completion.

You will ensure drawings, specifications and schedules are followed while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on track. You will monitor budgets, safety compliance and quality, supervise daily activities, review progress, and drive timely decisions to minimise delays and costs across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction project management, site supervision and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specs and documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling, manpower planning, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Demonstrates responsibility, professionalism and ability to work independently.
• Overseas project management experience is a plus.

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

• Implement safety measures and ensure PPE usage.
• Coordinate with parties to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress, cost, quality and safety updates.
• Monitor expenditure and assist in budget planning and cost management.
• Maintain safe, organized and efficient construction site.
• Carry out other construction management duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

2. Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material usage and construction costs.

5. Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, applicable building regulations and workplace safety requirements.

6. Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.

7. Identify construction issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delays and additional costs.

8. Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, method statements and other project documentation.

9. Manage site manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors to achieve project targets.

10. Implement workplace safety measures and ensure workers comply with safety procedures and the required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

11. Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of construction activities.

12. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, cost control, quality and safety performance.

13. Monitor project expenditure and assist in budget planning and cost management.

14. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, organised and efficient construction site.

15. Carry out other construction management duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

1. Candidates with overseas construction experience are welcome to apply.

2. Possess a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

3. Have relevant experience in construction project management, site supervision and coordination.
