Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a seasoned Project/Site Manager to lead construction efforts on specialised projects. You will plan, monitor, and drive progress against the project plan, overseeing manpower, schedules and cost controls to keep delivery on track.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, resolving site issues and enforcing safe, economical construction practices while maintaining high standards across the project.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' construction experience in project/site management.
• Healthcare project experience is advantageous.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects including manpower planning, progress monitoring, master schedule and cost control.
• Address delays, bad weather or emergencies at site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Apply safe and economical methods and enforce project standards.

Requirements
