Job summary

Leap29 Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the onsite delivery of a Tuas warehouse construction project for a global FMCG client.

The role requires hands-on management of contractors, adherence to HSE standards, and coordination from site mobilisation through to completion. The assignment runs for about seven months (Aug 2026 – Jan 2027) starting ASAP, with full-time onsite work and close collaboration with the client team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager on industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contractor supervision, HSE compliance, quality assurance, and project scheduling.
• Experience managing site activities in an active operational environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working full‑time onsite throughout the duration of the assignment.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the client team and contractor organisations.
