Job summary

YA XING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer in daily construction activities in Singapore.

The role involves supervising sub-contractors and in-house workers, coordinating with site operations, and ensuring work adheres to drawings and schedules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Wet Trade exposure, and must hold SCWSH (BCSS) certification.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience in Wet Trade Works is advantageous.
• SCWSH (BCSS) certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Collaborate with site operations staff to meet project schedule.
• Ensure installation aligns with construction drawings and specs.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.

• Experiences in Wet Trade Works will be advantageous.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
