Job summary

Jin Shun Foundation Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Singapore.

You will supervise the site, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and manage daily labour forces to meet deadlines. Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and control projects for specs and drawings.

• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients and others involved in the projects.
• Attend site meetings and prepare/submit reports for projects.
• Day-to-day site management including supervising site labour.
• Provide technical advice and solve on-site problems.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety at site.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability

• Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.

• Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.

• Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.

• Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules,

• Regulations and Safety at site

• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phase to ensure deadlines will be met

• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Job Requirements
