Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a WSHO in Singapore to enforce safety legislation, implement HSE programs, and guide staff on best safety practices on major construction sites.

You will coordinate with project teams to maintain high safety, health, and environmental standards, conduct audits, and prepare reports. A Diploma/ Degree in Workplace Safety and Health is required, with 3–5 years in construction. Salary range SGD 6,000–7,500 with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the duties of a WSHO as outlined in legislation and regulations.
• Ensure all statutory acts, regulations, company safety rules, and codes of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the workforce on workplace safety practices.
• Implement and oversee the project-specific HSE management system and programs in alignment with corporate procedures.
• Support company and project initiatives to achieve HSE-related awards and certifications.
