MULTI WAYS EQUIPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and rental operations for construction equipment, expanding the client base and ensuring service excellence.

You will actively engage with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales objectives. The role involves selling/leasing cranes and other heavy machinery, conducting cold calls and presentations, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales within the heavy equipment, construction industry, preferably in Singapore.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-disciplined, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Must possess own transport for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease construction equipment to clients, including cranes, excavators, dozers and other heavy machinery.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up presentations to generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the construction sector.
• Provide after-sales support and address client inquiries or issues promptly.
