Job summary

YY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise construction works at project sites. You will monitor daily activities ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

You will coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and site personnel, review drawings, prepare schedules and method statements, and maintain project records. Myanmar candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in the Singapore construction industry preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Independent work capability with site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction works at project sites.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure works follow drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Review construction drawings and identify technical or site issues.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, method statements and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion according to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality of completed works.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities at site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties on technical matters.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and construction problems on site.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulations.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
