Job summary

BM RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Construction Engineer to join our expanding team in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and renovation projects to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires a degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field, at least 2 years of site experience, and strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of construction/site engineering experience.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; knowledge of standards.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly.

• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction/site engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering practices, and local regulations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work at various project sites across Singapore.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in building construction, A&A works or renovationwill be an advantage.
• Familiarity with BCA and MOM requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
