Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Active site engineering experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Deep understanding of local building codes, structural concrete pour workflows, and safety risk assessments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for managing diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities and coordinate with sub-contractors and foremen.
• Blueprint Analysis: Review structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to prevent conflicts.
• Quality Control: Enforce QA/QC protocols and material inspections.

Building Construction Engineer

To oversee our daily on-site structural and civil operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural plans and physical execution, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with local engineering codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily site activities and coordinate technical tasks with sub-contractors and foremen to keep projects on track.
• Blueprint Analysis: Interpret, review, and cross-analyze structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to prevent construction conflicts.
• Quality Control: Enforce QA/QC protocols, including coordinating concrete cube tests, soil compaction checks, and material inspections.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaison with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) and government inspectors to secure structural clearances and code approvals.
• Documentation: Prepare technical method statements, Material Submission Forms (MSF), and process Requests for Information (RFI).
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and monitor Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering , or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum active site engineering experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit , and project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, structural concrete pour workflows, and safety risk assessments.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written English communication skills for managing diverse crews.
• (Optional for Singapore S Pass) Must meet current MOM minimum criteria regarding age-scaled qualifying salary thresholds.
