Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control (full‑time)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical or control systems across design, construction, commissioning, and settlement
• Familiarity with electrical drawing development, construction management, system commissioning, and project settlement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard office software (Word, Excel, MS Project, P6)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with site teams and stakeholders
• Ability to resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize delays
• Willingness to work on project sites and adapt to project timelines

• Participate in meetings and prepare clear meeting minutes
• Support tendering activities including quantity take-offs and cost compilation

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of electrical system installation work to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Develop detailed electrical shop drawings and coordinate drawing submissions for approval
• Guide site workers in construction execution based on approved drawings to maintain quality and accuracy
• Establish and maintain professional construction schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project or P6
• Prepare Excel-based bar charts and maintain a 3-week rolling schedule for effective project tracking
• Manage system point counts, source materials, conduct price inquiries and negotiations, and handle material submittals
• Inspect and verify quantities, specifications, and receiving of materials upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality
• Participate in site and company meetings as required and prepare clear, concise meeting minutes
• Support tendering activities including quantity take-offs, procurement inquiries, cost compilation, interview support, and site surveys
• Coordinate with QAQC teams to support inspection and acceptance procedures throughout all project stages
• Oversee project close-out activities by proactively tracking and completing all punch-list items, including outstanding issues from other disciplines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related field (full‑time study)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical or control systems with exposure to full project cycles including design, construction, commissioning, and settlement
• Familiarity with electrical drawing development, construction management, system commissioning, and project settlement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard office software such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and P6
• Strong communication and coordination skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with site teams and stakeholders
• Ability to solve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
