Job summary

KILOWATTS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Diploma holder with at least 2 years of document control experience to join our team. The role focuses on filing, updating registrations, and distributing drawings and documents issued by consultants.

You will handle submissions of shop drawings to consultants, distribute commented drawings to sub-contractors, and update the shared folder.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• At least 2 years of document control experience in the building construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction industry requirements.
• Good knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Regular filing and updating registrations, submissions and distributions of drawings, documents and samples.
• Registration and distribution of drawings/documents issued by consultants.
• Registration of architect's instructions/directions.
• Submissions of shop drawings, documents and samples to consultants.
• Distribution of commented shop drawings/documents/samples to related sub-contractors.
• Update the status of all documentation in the shared folder.
• Filing of approved samples with photos and proper descriptions for easy reference to project team members.
