Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking an experienced Engineer/Architect to support the CORENET X project in Singapore. As a business owner, you will work with the IT vendor, BCA IT, line departments, and other government agencies to enable policy and process transformations and new IT systems.

Your duties include researching digital construction design technologies, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, setting success metrics, coordinating change management, training end users,

Qualifications

• Understanding of agency processes and needs to improve workflows.
• Ability to map end-to-end workflows and test system processes.
• Knowledge of change management strategies and plans.
• Familiarity with BIM and construction design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on state-of-the-art construction design technologies.
• Collaborate to map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows and quantify improvements.
• Coordinate change management activities and communications.
• Coordinate training by the vendor and serve as in-house product expert.
• Provide ops support for system issues, defects and mitigations.
