Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant engineering experience with hands-on project management.
• Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project to optimize efficiency, profitability, and performance while tracking health and risks.
• Ensure budget and schedule adherence; provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders for clear communication.
• Act as liaison between project team and customers for timely information.
• Ensure projects meet customer specs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Guide resources across departments; hold regular reviews to resolve issues.
• Provide status updates and reports highlighting challenges or risks.
