Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in construction contracts and tender processes
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and cost estimation for projects
• Evaluate and manage tenders and contracts
• Attend weekly or monthly site meetings
• Prepare progress claims and finalize project accounts
• Review and assess claims from suppliers and subcontractors
• Liaise closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Provide any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor to support project needs
