Qualifications

• Experience in construction cost estimation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs of materials, labour, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
• Monitor and control project costs and variances.
• Manage contract changes, claims, and final accounts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
