MMC Success Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for construction projects, ensuring accurate daily operations and timely reporting. You will handle AR, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and coordi­nation with auditors, tax agents, and QS on project matters.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years accounting experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Independent work with minimal supervision is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full set of accounts for construction projects, including daily accounting operations, payment processing, invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR), verify collections and receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments and debt recovery.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Accounts Manager.
• Maintain and update cash book transactions accurately and monitor daily cash flow.
• Prepare GST reports and handle GST submissions in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on project-related operational and accounting matters.
• Liaise with corporate secretarial agents on relevant administrative matters.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters, including preparation of audit schedules and draft audited financial reports.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.
