Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related finance role.
• Solid technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and tax.
• Working knowledge of financial and tax regulations across Singapore, Indonesia, and South Korea.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills with clear presentation of findings.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines.
• Proactive, versatile, and agile mindset with comfort in fast-changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reporting and analysis across all group entities from various industries.
• Manage banking relationships, cash movements, and investment administration for the holding company, including fund transfers and coordination with banks.
• Ensure all fund flow activity is executed accurately, on time, and with proper controls.
• Manage end-to-end internal approval and payment process, routing requests through approval layers and executing payments in line with internal controls.
• Prepare monthly cash reporting, including bank reconciliation, cash flow projections, and cash buffer planning.
• Support financial injections from the holding company into operating entities or new investments, coordinating sign-off with senior leadership.
