• Prepare consolidated financial reporting and analysis across all group entities from various industries.
• Manage banking relationships, cash movements, and investment administration for the holding company.
• Ensure all fund flow activity is executed accurately, on time, and with proper controls.
• Oversee the end-to-end internal approval and payment process and routing through approval layers.
• Prepare monthly cash reporting, including bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, and buffer planning.
