Job summary

Temasek Holdings, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced finance professional for our reporting insights and assurance function. You will manage books for investment holding companies, drive reporting automation, and partner with internal and external stakeholders across the Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting with strong digital fluency and familiarity with financial systems.
• Prior experience in an investment house, fund management or private equity is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to see both detail and big picture.
• Hands-on, meticulous, with strong documentation discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fast learner, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with consolidation/reporting systems (Workday, SCD, Hyperion) and automation/tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Entity Accounting & Tax Support – reviewer and preparer for books of investment holdings.
• Audit, Controls & Central Tasks – plan, coordinate and respond to audits.
• Group & Statutory Reporting – assist consolidation and statutory reporting under IFRS (IFRS 18/19).
• Projects, Process Improvement & Systems – drive automation and system enhancements (Workday, Hyperion, Power BI).
• Stakeholder & Team Support – liaise with finance, tax, investment teams and management.
