Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a Configuration Manager to manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order accuracy above 95%. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, NPI and VC Modelers to structure PCS into SAP and ensure ECO readiness for VC modelling.

Responsibilities include validating SAP orders, closing configuration gaps, handling backorders via SOCR, and developing KPIs for configuration accuracy. 3–5 years with SAP/MS Excel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning.
• Familiarity with MRP processes and SAP/MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product configuration specifications and drive SO accuracy above 95%.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, NPI, Engineering Services and others.
• Chair meetings and structure PCS into SAP with ECO readiness.
• Validate VC data in SAP and create quotes; support order entry issues.
• Identify configuration gaps and manage backorders (SOCR).
• Develop KPIs for configuration accuracy and backorder shipments.
