Job summary

Wearnes Automotive in Singapore is seeking a proactive customer service administrator for the aftersales team. You will manage service bookings, respond to enquiries, and provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers across face-to-face, phone and email channels.

The role requires accuracy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will also handle invoicing, payment collection and settlements, while providing essential administrative support to the aftersales department.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturday.
