The role covers developing policies, maintaining records, supporting audits, training staff, and monitoring regulatory changes to keep the business compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, law, compliance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in corporate services or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements including KYC/AML.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and elevate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
