Job summary

RUNSUN SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Compliance Officer to lead the company’s compliance framework across technology, cloud infrastructure, and fintech environments. The role emphasizes implementation, documentation, and ongoing improvement.

You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to build robust controls, monitor adherence to internal policies, and drive KYC/KYB and due diligence activities, with clear reporting to management on progress.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk and controls, audit, governance, KYC/KYB, or related functions.
• Experience in technology, cloud infrastructure, fintech or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation actions with relevant teams.
• Oversee KYC/KYB and customer due diligence processes, including ongoing monitoring and escalation where appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate compliance records, documentation, and audit trails.
• Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop and coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Support compliance-related audits, due diligence exercises, and requests from stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and traceability relating to the Company's technology infrastructure and assets.
• Track compliance matters and provide periodic updates to management on remediation progress.
• Support other compliance and risk management initiatives as the business scales.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk and controls, audit, governance, KYC/KYB, or related functions.
• Experience in technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, fintech, digital infrastructure, or other regulated or control-focused environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational compliance and internal control implementation.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently drive matters through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, technology assets, or related areas would be an advantage.
