Job summary

Runsun Cloud Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Compliance Officer to implement, maintain and continuously improve the company’s compliance framework. You will work with management and cross-functional teams to ensure policies, procedures and internal controls are effectively applied, documented, and periodically reviewed.

You will lead KYC/KYB, due diligence, and audit readiness, track issues, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk and controls, audit, governance, KYC/KYB, or related functions.
• Experience in technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, fintech, digital infrastructure, or other regulated or control-focused environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational compliance and internal control implementation.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently drive matters through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, technology assets, or related areas would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Company's compliance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation actions with relevant teams.
• Oversee KYC/KYB and customer due diligence processes, including ongoing monitoring and escalation where appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate compliance records, documentation, and audit trails.
• Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop and coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Support compliance-related audits, due diligence exercises, and requests from relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and traceability relating to the Company's technology infrastructure and assets.
• Track compliance matters and provide periodic updates to management on key issues and remediation progress.
• Support other compliance and risk management initiatives as the business continues to scale.
