Job summary

CapitaLand invites applications for an Intern, Compliance position based in Singapore. You will work with the Group Compliance team on day-to-day operations, assisting in reporting to senior management and regulatory committees.

You'll monitor regulatory changes, conduct gap analyses, and help prepare communications and e-learning materials to educate staff on internal controls. This is a structured internship from January to June.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related disciplines.
• Good command of written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills; detail-oriented and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Support periodic compliance reporting to Senior Management and Audit and Risk Committee.
• Assist team lead in conducting compliance independent reviews.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess relevance to the Group.
• Perform gap analysis or benchmarking against internal control frameworks.
