• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation, coordination, and administration of meetings, meeting materials, and management reports
• Assisting with the execution, documentation, and monitoring of compliance control and steering activities
• Supporting projects and other compliance-related initiatives
• Coordinating with local Compliance Officers, Head Office functions, and other internal stakeholders on relevant matters
• Assisting with the collection, consolidation, and review of information for reporting and administrative purposes
• Providing ad hoc support to the Regional Head of Compliance Asia and the Head of International Steering
