Job summary

COMMERZBANK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT Singapore is seeking an entry-level analyst to join the International Steering Compliance Team for a fixed term of 1 year. Fresh graduates or undergraduates will gain exposure to compliance tasks across Asia and international locations.

You will support meetings, documentation, and reporting, assist with compliance controls, coordinate with local officers and head offices, and develop practical knowledge while working with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with not more than 1 year of professional work experience.
• Relevant work/internship experience within a financial institution is advantageous.
• General understanding of the banking industry.
• Good written and communication skills with internal stakeholders of various levels.
• Team player with ability to work independently, under pressure and proactively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and administration of meetings, meeting materials, and management reports.
• Assist with the execution, documentation, and monitoring of compliance control and steering activities
• Support projects and other compliance-related initiatives
• Coordinate with local Compliance Officers, Head Office functions, and other internal stakeholders on relevant matters
• Assist with the collection, consolidation, and review of information for reporting and administrative purposes
• Provide ad hoc support to the Regional Head of Compliance Asia and the Head of International Steering
