Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Analyst for Regulatory Monitoring & Testing on a 12-month contract with a leading financial institution. You will support risk-based monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to management and regulators.

The role covers Banking Act, Securities & Futures Act, PDPA, and related regulations. You will develop monitoring programs, prepare high-quality reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Monitoring, Testing, or Risk Management within banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Regulatory Monitoring & Testing in managing and assessing regulatory risks.
• Conduct risk-based monitoring programmes including surveillance and thematic reviews.
• Review, develop and implement monitoring/testing programmes per laws and risk appetite.
• Develop and enhance monitoring tools, templates and reports for assurance activities.
• Ensure monitoring/testing scopes are comprehensive and supported by testing.
