Job summary

Active Ageing Centre @ Serangoon is seeking an Assistant Programme Executive to join the team and support both clients and centre operations. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities, client engagement, and documentation in a caring environment.

The successful candidate will plan monthly activity schedules, assist with food distribution, assess needs, and coordinate referrals to relevant care services, while helping maintain a clean and organised centre and supporting the centre

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.
• Engage with the clients during the activities.
• Pack and distribute food ration packages.
• Assess clients’ needs and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.
• Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.
• Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.
