Job summary

Sleek is seeking a Community Intern in Singapore to grow and engage our vibrant entrepreneur community. You’ll help design events, nurture member connections, and produce engaging content across social channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in community marketing, analytics, and AI-assisted content, and contribute to real growth while learning in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure events and campaigns.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Moderate, manage and expand Sleek’s online entrepreneur communities.
• Develop and execute a regional community strategy aligned with Sleek’s goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth; launch bold initiatives to enhance engagement.
• Build relationships with members and sustain active conversations.
• Design and implement a community engagement strategy to encourage meaningful interactions.
• Be the go-to support for members; respond to queries and nurture trust.
• Design and run online and offline events and campaigns that resonate with the community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content.
• Regularly analyse community growth, engagement, and feedback; produce actionable reports.
