Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to comments, messages, and user enquiries across social media platforms.
• Maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs and active users, and proactively identify and collect high quality User Generated Content (UGC).
• Support engagement activities on official social media accounts to strengthen community interaction.
• Compile weekly social media performance data, including content performance, user engagement, and feedback.
• Support marketing campaign execution, including submission management, content selection, winner coordination, and prize distribution.
• Collect recurring user feedback and consolidate potential issues and content opportunities for the team.
